The Ordo-Zelai cider house has 4 hectares of apple trees in production. The varieties we can find are the following: Saltxipi, Urtebi Haundi, Urtebi Txiki, Moko, Gezamiña, Patzuloa, Urdin Sagarra, Manttoni, Txori Sagarra, Verde Agria y Mozolua.

The Ordo-Zelai cider house makes its cider with apples from its own apple orchards and from farms in Oiartzun and surrounding areas. This cider house is characterized by a product that is homogeneous in character and easy to drink.
